Who we are
Road to Germany was founded by a team of Moroccans who have lived and worked in Germany for years, across a range of professions: IT engineers, translators and interpreters, among others. Each of us has been through the same journey our candidates are preparing for: learning the language, adapting to German workplace culture, and going through the recruiting process ourselves. The program itself was built by IT engineers from different domains — backend, software testing, DevOps, data, and more — to match the skills German recruiters actually look for today. Several team members have held senior roles, including engineering management positions, at large German companies, and have been directly involved in hiring engineers. We put that collective, first-hand experience to work for every candidate we support.
